Note

From July 1976 to December 1993, 100% of articles cited in Biological Abstracts have abstracts. These citations make up 50% of the BIOSIS Previews database for that time period. From January 1994 to present, only 75% of articles cited in Biological Abstracts will have abstracts in BIOSIS Previews. From 1985 to present, all main book records in Biological Abstracts/RRM have abstracts in BIOSIS Previews.
