About

The Institute for Advanced Torah Studies library contains more than 30,000 books. A significant portion of the books originate from the estates of Rabbi Isser Yehuda Unterman, zt"l, the Chief Rabbi of Israel; Rabbi Katriel Fischel Takuresh, zt"l; the late Rabbi Shlomo Ashkenazi; and R. Yaakov Raanan, N.Y. The library also has a collection of Torah and research journals and computers with access to Torah programs such as the Responsa Project and the Treasure of Wisdom.


The library is located on the ground floor of the Higher Torah Institute building, room 11, and is accessible to people with disabilities.

Sunday – Thursday: 09:00 – 12:30, 13:30-17:30, Friday the library is closed.
