The borrowing procedures of the Languages and Cultures Library are aligned with the general borrowing procedures of the Libraries and Information Division, with several specific notes and exceptions:

Dictionaries and Electronic Dictionaries
Dictionaries and electronic dictionaries may be borrowed exclusively for exams, and only for the duration of the exam.

Arabic Collection
Books in the Arabic Library collection are for on-site use only and cannot be borrowed, except by faculty members and research students. In any case, a book that has an additional copy in other campus libraries will not be lent from the Arabic Library. Reference books (dictionaries*, concordances, encyclopedias) are not available for borrowing under any circumstances.
