About the Library
The Mathematics and Computer Science Library is a research and teaching library serving the faculty members and students of the Departments of Mathematics and Computer Science.
The library also provides services to academic staff and students from other departments when they need books that are not available in their own libraries.
The library contains a rich collection that includes professional and scientific literature, electronic and print journals, and databases.
Materials in the library and beyond can be located through the online catalog and databases.
Library Structure
The library has three floors. On the entrance floor you will find our collection of books in mathematics and computer science, study tables, computers, and the librarians’ desk. The upper floor contains a learning space with study rooms, and the lower floor contains journals and the Schiffer Collection.
- Readers are requested to behave appropriately and maintain silence in the library.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking within the library are strictly prohibited.
- Please do not use mobile phones within the library.
- Group study is permitted only on the upper floor.

Opening Hours
Sunday–Thursday: 9:00–19:00
Friday: closed
The library is closed during the intermediate days of Sukkot and the intermediate days of Passover.
Hanukkah opening hours: 8:00–16:00
- When the library is closed, books may be returned to the designated drop box near the entrance door.
